Shipping :

Your order will be shipped directly from our factory. If you have specific shipping requirements, please note them in the space provided. Your order will be shipped standard ground via UPS unless other arrangements are made in advance. Shipping charges will be assessed and added to your order at time of shipping.

Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days on items in stock. If you have specific shipping requirements or dates when items are needed, please send us an e-mail a customersupport@healthyairusa.com and we will attempt to address your needs.

Installation:

HealthyAir DVA systems that are ducted into an existing HVAC system will require installation by a qualified contractor. Improper installation of the product voids the warranty and can cause the system to perform poorly or even fail. HealthyAir is happy to provide telephone support for contractors installing our products purchased on this website. To obtain telephone support, please email customersupport@healthyairusa.com and provide a call back number. Warranty: All parts and products are warranted for 30 days from date of purchase. HealthyAir does not offer a warranty on installations performed by third party contractor(s).

Customer guarantee:

We stand behind all of our produts. If you are not satisfied, please contact us through email or phone and we will discuss your situation. We will do everything within our power to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

Return policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Any product damage or defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item, either by email or phone or fax. We will advise you of the appropriate return shipping address and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Payment options:

We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover. Your card will be charged at the time the order is shipped. Even though our site is secure, we respect your privacy. If you would prefer to call us with your credit card information, please either select “memo bill” as your payment option or select the option to fax in your credit card details. We will accept C.O.D. however this is not the preferred method of payment.

Your Account Information:

We will not share your account information with any other entities. We will send you routine customer communications to the e-mail provided upon registration. If you prefer not to receive these e-mail messages, please select the “unsubscribe” option on the next e-mail you receive and we will gladly remove you from our e-mail list.
